Does Oregon grant teacher reciprocity to licensed educators from other states?

I have already requested information from the Oregon Teachers Standards and Practices Commission, but it will be about a week before I receive my packet. I now have a Standard 5-year license in Arkansas (certified to teach P-12 Art and P-12 Spanish), but I went through an alternative licensure program to get it, so I don't know what kinds of problems that will cause, if any. I have taken all of the Praxis I & II tests, as well as the Praxis III classroom assessment. Just looking for some insight! Thanks!
