Dry skin, scalp and lips.. but why?

Well, for your lips I reccomend neosporin sunscreen yes, for your lips.as crazy as it seems, for scalp; Get the dandruff and scalp shampoo.Works really good! Skin; Im not so sure? I have it too although Im always putting lotion on it! But I don't think its cause of your diet or whatever. Thats strange.. Hope I helpedd(:
