Why did this avocado taste so bad??!!?

okay..so i spent a lot money and bought these avocados that i have never tried before. I've seen its meat, which seems delicious but how come when i actually eat it, it tastes salty and horrible, now i think i have a stomach cramp..so is this how it supposed to taste like? or is it not fully ripen yet?
