Why do i have hair around my breast????does anyone know why HELP!!?

I have had that for a while nd I just waz concerned bout it,is it a sign that I will start for the first time? Also I sweat a lot under my arms is that another sign that I will. I know I will start soon cuz I have white clear nd a light brown discharge in my undiesthats for sure a sign I will!!plzz tell me everything U know plzz answer!!
